Ordering Process

1. Order

Customize your product and place your order!

2. Approve

You will receive a digital proof set of all printed components via email within 2 business days. You can respond to the digital proof set email with changes up to 2 times and receive up to 3 proof sets. We cannot be responsible for proofing your items, so be sure to check everything so that all wording is spelled correctly, addresses are correct, etc.!Once you receive your digital proof set by email and they’re exactly how you’d like them to be, you’ll need to email us back saying that your items are approved for printing! We will not print anything until we have received approval via email from you. If you need more than 3 proofs to perfect your invitation, there is a $25 fee per additional proof.

You will get proofs of the following items if you’ve ordered them: invitations, rsvp sets, details cards, reception cards, mailing envelopes with return address and guest addresses, return address labels, save the dates, and thank you notes.

You will not get proofs of the following items if you’ve ordered them: vellum wraps, laser folders, wax seals, blank envelopes, or anything else that is not a printed component.

3. Ship

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped!

If you only order items without printing on them, your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days.

If you order items that have printing on them such as invitations, save the dates, etc., you will receive an email proof within 2 business days of ordering. Once you approve your proof set for printing, it will be printed and shipped within 3-4 business days.*

* Excludes national holidays and natural disasters

We have a few breaks throughout the year so if you approve your order the week of July 4th (or the Friday before if July 4th falls on a Monday), the week of Thanksgiving, or December 22nd – January 2nd, your order will not be printed/shipped until we return.
